Our members include representatives from local cycling groups, Brentwood Borough Council, and other individuals and organisations with a shared commitment to cycling for transport and leisure.

Cycling policies are often set using a top-down approach, but Cycle Brentwood aims to invert this, with investment focused on the needs of those who are currently riding or those who would cycle if their needs and concerns were addressed.

Our objective is to encourage more people to cycle more often, whether for commuting, getting to school, visiting family or friends, to go shopping, or simply for the pleasure that riding a bike can bring.

This website aims to provide updates on new route developments, publicise local rides and cycle-related events, and to share information to help novice and experienced riders get the most from their cycling.
